Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and The Two Apps, identified by the domain thetwoapps.com, whose full registered company name is The Two Apps and which is registered in Pakistan. They govern your use of Hyperbots. By signing in or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
What the service is
Hyperbots lets an agency operate a business’s Meta accounts on its behalf across WhatsApp, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Messenger, Threads, advertising and commerce. It includes an assistant that can prepare those actions and, once approved, carry them out.
Hyperbots is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Meta Platforms. The service depends on Meta’s interfaces and changes when they change.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Sign-in uses an account we issue through our identity provider. Keep your credentials secret and tell us at once if you believe somebody else has used them.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the staff you invite to it.
Your responsibilities when we act for you
Connecting a Meta account authorises us to act for you within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for what is sent in your name.
- You must have a lawful basis and, where it is required, the consent of the people you message. WhatsApp messaging in particular requires an opt-in, and you must honour every opt-out.
- You must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Advertising Standards and Commerce Policies. Those terms apply to you as the business whose accounts are being operated.
- You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings and adverts.
- You must not try to reach another business’s data, bypass the approval or spending controls, or probe or disrupt the service.
The assistant
The assistant produces drafts and proposals. Unless you switch on automatic mode for a particular kind of action, nothing is sent, published or spent until a person approves it. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve.
The assistant can be wrong. Its output is not professional, legal or financial advice and we do not warrant that it is accurate or suitable. Where an action can be reversed we provide a short window in which you can stop it; that window is not a guarantee that the reversal will succeed at Meta.
Spending
You set the spending limits that apply to your business, and the service stops actions that would exceed a hard limit. Those limits are a safety control, not a billing arrangement.
Advertising spend is charged by Meta to your own advertising account under your agreement with Meta, and message charges are set by Meta. Figures shown in Hyperbots are our record of what happened and may differ from Meta’s own billing, which is authoritative.
Fees
Any fee for the Hyperbots service itself is as separately agreed with us in writing. [PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS — TO BE COMPLETED IF THE SERVICE IS CHARGED FOR.]
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Hyperbots. You grant us the permission we need to store it, process it and send it to Meta in order to run the service for you. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows it is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind. We may change or withdraw features, and Meta may change or withdraw its own interfaces, which can affect what the service is able to do.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
[AGGREGATE LIABILITY CAP — TO BE COMPLETED, FOR EXAMPLE THE FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.]
Suspension and closure
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or another business at risk, or where Meta requires it.
On closure we disconnect your Meta accounts and stop acting for you. Records are then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you before a material change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of [COURTS AND VENUE — TO BE COMPLETED] have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have to bring a claim in the country where you live.
